HANDLING TIME

Our items are handmade to order. Please allow 3 - 7 days for us to make your order.

Once shipped our shipping provider Australia Post will deliver your order to your nominated address. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT

We do not refund for incorrect shipping address, If your parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt we will contact you to allow you to pay a re-delivery fee to the correct address.

 

Sweet Stiches is not responsible and cannot provide refunds for delays outside our control including inclement weather conditions, natural disasters or delivery carrier delays outside of our control.

 

RETURNS

  • If you have ordered the wrong item or your item is damaged, we will accept it back for a refund, we do not refund for change of mind.

  • All returns must be made within 30days of the sale.

  • Please contact us if you wish to exchange an item.

  • When returning an item, please package the item into suitable packaging and include a self-addressed, pre-paid satchel for the replacement item. 

  • Buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.
